CreateHER Fest Hackathon Demo Day Tomorrow - Important Instructions for Presenters

Hi Builders,

Final push! We're excited to showcase your projects tomorrow using Remo, our virtual event platform. For those who have signed up to demo live tomorrow, Here's everything you need to know. For your finalized times, please check the Live Demo Day Slots here. If you haven't signed up to Demo live, there's still time to sign up!

• Platform Opens: 8:00 AM ET
• Team Presentations Start: 9:00 AM ET PROMPTLY
• Each team will have 5 minutes to present + 2 minutes for Q&A

We know presenting virtually can be challenging, so we're offering a Remo Testing session Tomorrow Morning: 8:00 AM ET (before the event).

During this sessions, you can practice screen sharing and get a walkthrough of the Remo platform. This is highly recommended if you've never used Remo before.

When it's your team's turn to present, we'll bring you onto the virtual stage. Please have your presentation ready to share, including:

• Your screen sharing content open and ready
• All team members present who will be speaking
• Your demo prepared and tested

If you're in the AI/ML track, please be in the Remo space by 8:30 AM ET at the absolute latest to ensure you're all set for the start of presentations.

• Use Chrome or Firefox for the best Remo experience
• Close unnecessary applications before presenting
• Have a backup of your presentation materials
• Test your microphone and camera before joining
• Join from a location with stable internet
